These terms cover use of the Realcheck website and, once available, Realcheck reviews. By joining the waitlist or receiving a review, you accept them.
Realcheck reviews a Dubai property contract (Form F, Addendum, Unified Tenancy Contract, or Ejari certificate) and produces a plain-English report flagging clauses worth your attention. It's written to help you understand what you're signing, not to tell you whether to sign it.
A Realcheck report is decision support, not a legal opinion, and not a substitute for independent legal advice. We're not your lawyer, and using Realcheck doesn't create a lawyer-client relationship. If a decision genuinely matters to you, verify it independently.
We do our best to flag what's worth your attention, but no review is a guarantee that every issue in a document has been found. Realcheck reports are provided as-is, without warranty of completeness or accuracy.
To the extent permitted by law, Strange Attractor FZ-LLC's liability arising from your use of Realcheck is limited to the amount you paid for the review (nil, for a free or comped review). We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Don't submit documents you don't have the right to share, and don't use Realcheck to try to extract or reverse-engineer how the review works.
Documents you send for review are used only to produce your report, as described in our Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
