Realcheck is an independent contract-review service for Dubai property transactions, operated by Strange Attractor FZ-LLC. This page explains what personal data we collect, why, and what happens to it, at every stage the service currently involves.

When you join the waitlist, we collect your name, email address, which type of review you need, and how soon you need it. This is used to manage the waitlist, send you the confirmation and launch emails, and identify people with an active deal for early trial access.

Your email is confirmed through a verification link before your signup is active, so we hold a real, opted-in address rather than an unconfirmed one.
A small number of early signups are contacted directly for a free or discounted trial review, while we test and refine the process. If that's you, we'll also collect:

To operate the waitlist, to perform the reviews we're asked to do, to improve Realcheck ahead of a full launch, and (where you've agreed) for case studies as described above.
We keep your data for as long as it serves these purposes: waitlist data until launch or until you ask us to remove it; review documents for as long as needed to complete the review and any agreed case-study use.
Depending on where you're based, you may have rights over your data, including access, correction, and erasure. We honor legitimate requests to the extent required by applicable law. To exercise any of these, email privacy@strangeattractor.ai and we'll respond within a reasonable time.
Data is encrypted in transit. Access to stored signup and review data is limited to people directly working on Realcheck.
